Marketing Creative Executive Job Description

The Marketing Creative Executive role is within the Sydney-based marketing team, responsible for managing localization and servicing of all marketing-related creative materials for film releases. With strong attention to detail and organizational skills, this role serves as the key gatekeeper for the creative servicing process.

 

Creative Briefing & Approval Process

  • Coordinates with the Creative Services Lead for creative briefing of paid media assets, including digital and social AV.
  • Coordinating content mapping meetings with the Head of Media & Creative, Creative Services Lead, and Media Lead Team.
  • Approving creative materials in consultation with the Head of Media & Creative.
  • Distributing approved advertising materials to media/agencies, including key number instructions.
  • Managing material deadlines on each film in collaboration with the Creative Services Lead.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A background in a creative agency is essential.
  • Impeccable administration and organizational skills.
  • Able to use design-based programs (Photoshop, Premiere Pro Video Editing, InDesign).
  • Strong Windows office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent attention to detail and an eye for creative layout.
  • Understanding of all paid media formats and required materials, including technical requirements and language related to creative requirements.
  • Knowledge of digital media formats and landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Creativity.
  • Tact, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Must have the right to work in Australia (Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency).
  • A degree in Media Communication or Marketing is desirable.
