Client Services Coordinator

We seek an organized and enthusiastic Client Services Coordinator to join our team.

Main Accountabilities:

  • High volume data entry for efficient operations
  • Coordinate the distribution of marketing and theatrical assets through various delivery networks
  • Support Warehouse staff with physical operations during peak periods
  • Provide customer service support for film distribution and exhibition clients
  • Prepare invoices for consolidated data and accounts
  • Offer administrative support as needed for the Client Service team
  • Manage competing priorities and troubleshoot with urgency

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Programs
  • Professional communication (written and oral) skills
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across teams
