Service Delivery Agent Job Responsibilities:

The Service Delivery Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring timely, efficient, and professional passenger service functions at Perth International Airport.

  1. Customer Service: Deliver a high standard of customer service for all client airlines, meeting customer service requirements in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
  2. Passenger Handling: Conduct passenger check-in duties and other tasks related to customer service.
  3. Reporting and Compliance: Complete necessary paperwork and reporting as per service delivery agreements and company requirements, ensuring compliance with OH & S Regulations and Company OH & S Policies.
  4. Special Assistance: Assist passengers during disrupted or delayed services and provide special assistance such as wheelchair assistance to and from aircraft.
  5. Teamwork: Build strong working relationships with dnata Airport Services team members and client airline employees/delegates, participating in a team environment to achieve work and company requirements.

  • A commitment to dnata values and operating procedures.
  • Adherence to all company safety, policy, procedures, and processes.
  • Desirable experience in customer service roles, dealing with difficult situations, and high-volume personalized customer service.
  • Ability to handle pressured and stressful job situations, working unsupervised at times, and in a changing and fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and handle confidential and sensitive situations.
