
Exceptional Customer Service Professional Wanted

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled communicator, able to effectively manage customer interactions and provide solutions to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Analyse customer service needs and communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Liaise with sales, finance, and logistics teams to provide internal support and facilitate sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Secure and renew orders, determine prices within guidelines, arrange delivery dates, and other matters to facilitate sales.
- Ensure customer orders are dealt with promptly, advise customers of stock shortages where appropriate, and ensure invoicing detail and content are accurate.
