Exceptional Customer Service Professionals Wanted

We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Customer Service Officers and Baggage Handlers. As a key member of our ground handling service provider, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless check-in experiences for passengers.
Job Description:
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate delivery of passenger luggage, and maintaining a safe working environment. Your duties will include greeting passengers politely, verifying ticket information, issuing boarding passes, directing passengers to their gates, and completing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure seamless check-in experiences for passengers
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Verify ticket information against passenger data to ensure accuracy
- Issue boarding passes and educate passengers on airport security protocols and luggage allowances
- DIRECT Passengers to their gates and represent the airline to the highest level, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Complete passenger marshalling duties and maintain a safe environment
- Perform basic administrative tasks
- Collect, sort, and verify luggage against flight lists to ensure accurate delivery
- Move luggage or freight using trucks, cargo loaders, and conveyor systems
- Loading and unloading passenger luggage and air cargo onto carts and the airport belt system
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to deliver high-quality customer service, and relevant experience in the aviation industry (desirable). You should also possess strong organisational and time management skills, be able to multi-task, prioritise, and meet deadlines, and have adaptability in fast-paced environments. Conflict resolution skills, report writing proficiency in plain English, and intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills are also essential.
