About the Role

As a Training and Development Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting a strategically significant transformation program within a federal government agency. You will be part of a high-performing Change Management Office that provides change, communications, training, and transition support across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Innovative Learning Strategies
  • Collaborate with change and program teams to align learning initiatives with business needs and schedules.
  • Evaluate learning needs and readiness from current to future state.
  • Develop engaging learning materials including guides, videos, and modules.
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation to ensure learning success.
  • Coordinate and deliver virtual and in-person learning sessions.
  • Report on learning delivery, uptake, and success metrics.
Requirements:
  • Experience across the full learning cycle – needs assessment, planning, development, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • High-quality written communication and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple work packages and understand dependencies.
  • Experience with Agile project delivery and change management frameworks.
  • Ability to develop learning for diverse audiences and evaluate learner needs.
