Job Title: Training and Development Specialist


Opportunity to Innovate in Professional Services Division
Key Responsibilities:
  • Innovate and lead creative training strategies to support digital transformation in a complex program environment.
  • Collaborate with the Change Team to understand business requirements and assist in delivering change and training activities according to the overall Program schedule and approach.
  • Support the evaluation and analysis of training from current state to future states to support the transition, ensuring users are fully equipped.
  • Craft engaging and fit for purpose training materials.
  • Foster strong and meaningful relationships across the Program and business to ensure training activities are well understood and effectively adopted.
  • Coordinate the training schedule to support change and business adoption activities.
  • Support the delivery of training sessions, both virtually and in-person, aligning with the training schedule and program needs.
  • Provide consistent reporting on training delivery, uptake, and success, validating outcomes with end users and their leaders.

Requirements:
  • Must have a Baseline clearance.
  • Must be based in Canberra, Melbourne or Brisbane.
  • Professional experience with planning and executing the training strategies is essential.
