About the Role
  • Managing and supervising the daily operations of the employment services site is a key responsibility of this role.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders in your region to enhance service delivery is crucial for success.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of employment services programs ensures that our services meet the needs of our clients.
  • Providing supervision, coaching, and training to employees is essential for delivering high-quality services.
  • Monitoring performance metrics and ensuring compliance with organisational objectives is vital for achieving our goals.
About You
  • Applicants must be able to apply their leadership skills and manage change and innovation in service delivery.
  • Developing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including management at all levels, is critical for success.
  • Previous experience in Employment, Community Services or Business Services Management or a related field is highly desirable.
  • The ability to plan, manage and monitor outcomes, targets, and budgets is essential for this role.
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands are necessary for effective time management.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop effective cross-cultural relationships and be respectful and responsive to the needs, values, and experiences of others is crucial for building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
