Position of Leadership - Performing Arts

St Patrick's College is a Catholic day and boarding school for boys in Years 7 to 12, located in Ballarat. St Patrick's College Ballarat invites expressions of interest for key Leadership positions within the College's Performing Arts Program, starting in 2026 for a four-year term:

  • Head of Music Faculty
  • Head of Drama Faculty
  • Head of Performing Arts
  • Head of Music Performance

These roles require passionate educators committed to fostering artistic excellence, student engagement, and community while upholding the Catholic identity and values of the College.

Applicants should demonstrate leadership experience, strengths in curriculum innovation, performance direction, team collaboration, and strategic development. They will contribute to shaping the College's creative vision, nurturing student talent, and supporting holistic student development through the performing arts.

As part of a dynamic arts team, these leaders will enhance the profile of Music, Drama, and Performance across the College and community.
