We are seeking a highly skilled Leadership Development Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our leadership development team, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering high-impact learning experiences that drive business results.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing comprehensive toolkits and resources to support leadership development across our organization.
  • Maintaining consistency in tone, structure, and branding across all communications and instructional assets.
  • Leading the evaluation and measurement of global leadership development experiences, synthesizing data and insights to inform ongoing improvements.

To be successful in this role, you will bring strong instructional design skills, advanced PowerPoint skills, video editing expertise, and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
