Parts Coordinator Job Description

As a Parts Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of our service department. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the right parts are ready for the right job at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the daily parts operations and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare all necessary parts in advance for the next day's repair orders
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and dispatching parts
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to plan daily parts requirements
  • Deliver exceptional internal customer service to service and sales teams
  • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual with good common sense
  • The ideal candidate should enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in their work
  • Dependability, attention to detail, and a strong desire to succeed are essential qualities for this role
  • Experience in automotive or mechanical work is preferred but not essential
