Order Management Specialist

The OpportunityThis position involves processing customer orders efficiently, managing day-to-day order management tasks, and ensuring seamless order processing through ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Process customer orders accurately and in accordance with company policies.
- Create orders and invoices for customers using ERP (SAP).
- Oversee sales support functions to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with finance, logistics, and sales teams for credit approval, shipments, and site deliveries.
- C-coordinate with service/local vendors for local works.
- Coordinate with 3PL warehouses for customer site deliveries.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales administration or a related field.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
- Exceptional data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
