Civil Document Controller / Contracts Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Document Controller / Contracts Administrator to join our team at Civil Services Group. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to work on a variety of civil infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation, recording, collating, saving, and retrieving documents associated with roadworks projects
  • Strong communication skills with all project stakeholders
  • Contract administration skills
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Windows operating system, MS Word, MS Excel, file management, and email
  • Knowledge and experience with Uniphi software is a distinct advantage

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years' prior practical experience as a Technical Officer on civil roads infrastructure construction projects
  • Well-versed and experienced with the policies, procedures, and standards of the Queensland Department of Transport & Main Roads or any Australian Road Authority
  • Demonstrable knowledge and practical experience with document control practices and standards
  • Strong communication and contract administration skills
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills

Preferred Location: Kalbar, SW QLD. However, we welcome applications from candidates willing to relocate to this area.

Working Hours: Nominally 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. However, this may vary depending on project demands.
