We are seeking a motivated Part Time Sales Consultant to join our team at the Sportscraft Rundle Mall Store. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

About the Role

This position reports directly to the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager and involves:

  • Delivering outstanding customer-focused service, ensuring seamless transactions and promoting brand loyalty.
  • Meeting store and individual productivity targets by consistently striving for excellence in product knowledge, fabrication, and personal styling.
  • Becoming an expert in product knowledge, enabling effective communication with customers and enhancing their shopping experience.
  • Contributing to the efficient operation of the store through effective stock management and loss prevention measures.
  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards to uphold the brand's image and reputation.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • A natural ability to build rapport and develop relationships with customers.
  • An obvious passion for fashion, styling, and trends within the industry.
  • The ability to thrive in a team environment and contribute to collaborative efforts.
  • Goal-oriented motivation to achieve store targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • The capacity to prioritize tasks and expectations effectively.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and flexibility to work weekends and peak retail periods.
