About the Role

As a Trade Sales Consultant at Beaumont Tiles, you will be responsible for developing trusted relationships with customers and providing expert advice to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. This role requires you to achieve sales targets while maintaining a consultative approach to service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating sales and ensuring the success of the team by providing expert service
  • Processing sales efficiently and accurately
  • Conducting follow-ups with customers and maintaining the overall look of the store
  • Assisting with warehouse duties such as customer pick-ups and receiving deliveries
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Experience in retail sales and/or related industry experience
  • Proven abilities in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Mature and self-directed approach to problem solving
  • Good rapport building and influencing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Physically able for the loading and unloading of products (up to 25kgs)
  • Technologically savvy and administrative skills
