Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Business Insights Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to expand your skills and knowledge while working on projects that impact patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business, Statistics, Marketing or equivalent, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, as well as SQL. They will also possess outstanding problem-solving, numeric, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with experience in business modelling, forecasting, process improvement, simplification, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret trends or patterns to prepare ongoing reports and data visualizations
  • Partner with various teams to identify opportunities and deliver insights that enhance decision-making
  • Utilize tools such as SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Anaplan to analyze and present data

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics and/or Financial Analysis
  • Prior experience in rare disease, hematology, oncology
  • Anaplan Model Builder Certified
  • R, Python, or other programming languages
  • Experience using big data technologies to store, process, and analyze large datasets efficiently
