Insights Analyst Job Description

This is a pivotal role in championing data-driven decision-making within the organisation.

The Insights Analyst plays a crucial part in delivering actionable insights and driving business strategy through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to deliver insights and recommendations that drive strategic growth.
  • Measure the impact of initiatives and identify opportunities to support business objectives.
  • Utilise customer and transactional data to provide diverse analyses and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Initiate proactive projects within and beyond the Data & Analytics realm.
  • Define and track critical metrics to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience working with data and turning it into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in SQL and ability to leverage and analyse large customer and transactional data.
  • Proven experience developing insights through strong analytical and problem-solving skills, complemented by commercial acumen.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and create dashboards that clearly convey results and outcomes.
