Your Responsibilities

  • Support the partnerships team in developing strategic insights and analytical support for partner strategies and plans.
  • Provide regular updates on partnership performance, including revenue, ROI, member value, and behaviour metrics, tracking market trends.
  • Develop clear, actionable recommendations for commercial and marketing stakeholders based on data analysis.
  • Analyse partnership financial performance, including revenue, ROI, member value metrics, and budget management.
  • Identify and quantify opportunities to optimise partner investment and profitability through data-driven insights.
  • Analyse member behaviour data related to partner engagement (e.g., cross-shop, acquisition source, retention, CVM/Lifestage segmentation).

Your Skills and Experience

  • Several years of experience in a commercial analyst, business intelligence, financial analyst, or strategy analyst role involving quantitative analysis and insight generation.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation/storytelling).
  • Understanding of commercial and financial analysis principles.
