Business Insights Analyst

This key role supports strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis and process optimization. As a Business Insights Analyst, you will collaborate closely with global teams across product, operations, compliance, marketing, and finance to identify opportunities, streamline execution, and track performance.


About the Role
  • Analyze business metrics, client trends, and product performance to inform strategic decisions.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and define business and functional requirements.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and models to support performance monitoring and forecasting.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives across global markets.
  • Identify inefficiencies in processes and propose data-backed solutions.
  • Prepare presentations, business cases, and performance updates for senior management.
  • Assist in evaluating new markets, competitors, and product offerings to guide regional strategy.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in fintech, trading, or financial services.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with trading platforms (MT4/MT5) or brokerage client journey is an asset.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional global teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and high attention to detail.
