Strategic Business Insights Professional

The role of a Strategic Business Insights Professional is to contribute to the corporate technology portfolio by providing expert analysis services across process, people, and technologies.
This position will report directly to the IT Director and be responsible for delivering:
- Expert analysis across multiple domains.
- Idea shaping including problem statement definition and solution assessment.
- Clear documentation of processes, problem statements, and requirements.
- Supporting project activities including requirement documentation and testing.
The successful candidate will have relevant business analysis experience within complex technology landscapes, with the ability to work across legacy on-premise and cloud-based systems. Experience with Workday and D365 is highly regarded.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver expert analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide clear and concise documentation of processes, problem statements, and requirements.
- Support project activities including requirement documentation and testing.
