Role Overview:
As the Marketing FP&A Associate Manager, you will report directly to the Finance Director ANZ and serve as a vital business partner to the ANZ Marketing Commercialization teams. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver comprehensive commercial and financial evaluations for key innovations and initiatives related to our esteemed consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver thorough financial, planning, and analytical support to the marketing commercialization team.
  • Lead the analysis of critical processes, including new product launches and post-launch evaluations.
  • Enhance P&L performance through mix analysis, cost optimization, and ROI assessments on marketing expenditures.
  • Support initiatives aimed at increasing Net Sales and market share through brand expansion strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for business process enhancements and spearhead simplification projects.
  • Manage the end-of-month template and associated month-end activities.
  • Oversee financial planning for marketing expenses and new product launches as part of the official forecasting process.
  • Address ad-hoc requests from marketing commercialization teams and the Cluster Finance Director.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a Finance and Accounting qualification or similar business/commercial tertiary education.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Finance, particularly supporting Sales and/or Marketing functions.
  • Experience in the FMCG, Grocery, or Retail sectors is essential.
  • Familiarity with SAP is highly regarded.
  • CPA or CA qualification is advantageous.
  • Ability to present analyses and insights effectively to influence various stakeholders.
  • Exceptional business and financial acumen.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with full work rights.
  • Covid-19 vaccination is required.
