About the Role

As a Marketing FP&A Associate Manager at SC Johnson Professional, you will be a critical business partner to the ANZ Marketing Commercialisation teams. Your primary responsibility will be to provide robust commercial and financial assessments on key innovations, initiatives, and negotiations for our iconic consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full financial, planning, and analytical support to the marketing commercialisation team
  • Lead analysis of key processes such as new product launches, product launch post-completion analysis, long-term category planning with the platform, modelling, and pricing analysis
  • Drive P&L improvement through mix analysis, cost optimization, SKU reduction, ROI analysis on marketing spend, pricing, etc.
  • Support the drive for Net Sales and Share through brand expansion plans
  • Identify business process improvement opportunities and drive simplification initiatives
  • Ownership of the EOM template and respective month-end activities
  • Own financial planning for marketing expenses and new product launches as part of Corplan process, official forecasts, and S&OP
  • Ad-hoc requests from cluster and Platform marketing commercialization teams and/or the Cluster Finance Director
Requirements
  • Finance and Accounting qualification or similar business/commercial tertiary qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, supporting the Sales and/or Marketing function
  • FMCG, Grocery, or Retail industry experience is essential
  • Experience working with SAP is highly regarded
  • CPA or CA qualified is highly regarded
  • Comfortability presenting analysis and insights to educate and influence a variety of stakeholders
  • Display exceptional business and financial acumen
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident currently located in Australia with full work rights
  • Covid-19 vaccinated
