Position Summary:
As the Marketing FP&A Associate Manager, you will report directly to the Finance Director ANZ and serve as a vital business partner to the ANZ Marketing Commercialization teams. Your role will involve delivering comprehensive financial and commercial evaluations on significant innovations and initiatives for our prestigious consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver complete financial, planning, and analytical support to the marketing commercialization team.
  • Lead the analysis of essential processes, including new product launches and long-term category planning.
  • Enhance P&L performance through mix analysis, cost optimization, and ROI assessments on marketing expenditures.
  • Support brand expansion strategies aimed at increasing Net Sales and Market Share.
  • Identify opportunities for business process enhancements and spearhead simplification initiatives.
  • Manage the End of Month (EOM) template and associated month-end tasks.
  • Oversee financial planning for marketing expenses and new product launches within the Corplan process.
  • Address ad-hoc requests from marketing commercialization teams and the Cluster Finance Director.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a Finance and Accounting qualification or equivalent business/commercial degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Finance, particularly supporting Sales and/or Marketing functions.
  • Experience in the FMCG, Grocery, or Retail sectors is essential.
  • Familiarity with SAP is highly regarded.
  • CPA or CA qualifications are advantageous.
  • Ability to present analysis and insights effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Exhibit strong business and financial acumen.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with full work rights.
  • Covid-19 vaccination is required.
