About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager, Marketing to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to our marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide financial planning and analysis support to the marketing team, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support marketing decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop financial plans to support growth initiatives.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing leaders and finance teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a marketing or sales function.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis software, such as SAP or Oracle.
  • CPA or CA qualification is highly regarded.
