Job Title

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant.

Job Description
  • This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, including diary management, correspondence preparation, meeting coordination, and scheduling appointments.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality and discretion while managing sensitive information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in administrative support services, including minute-taking and document formatting.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and demonstrate self-directed work practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cooperatively with other staff.
