Home Support Opportunity

We are seeking individuals to join our team as Home Assistants in New South Wales. Our organisation provides high levels of customer service across NSW, guided by core values that enact positive change and choice in the lives of our clients.

About The Role

Our Healthy Ageing services deliver quality care in home settings supporting customers to maintain well-being and independence for as long as possible.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic assistance and support to clients in their homes
  • Assist clients to maintain independence and well-being through personal care and daily living tasks
  • Support with shopping, appointments, meal preparation, and social activities
  • Offer respite care according to client care plans
  • Engage with clients to enhance community connection and wellbeing
Required Qualifications And Skills
  • Studying or completed a Certificate III in a health-related industry is highly regarded, though not mandatory (e.g., Individual Support, Aged Care, Nursing)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to develop positive relationships with clients
  • Ability to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check prior to commencement
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
  • Full comprehensive car insurance, or willingness to obtain
  • Smartphone and current Driver's Licence
