We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Personal Support Assistant.

As a Personal Support Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with disability. You will work closely with our clients to provide support with daily living tasks, assist with personal care, and help them achieve their goals and aspirations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Your duties will include:

  • Providing support with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, grocery shopping, and household chores
  • Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Accompanying clients to appointments and social events
  • Helping clients to maintain their independence and participate in activities they enjoy
Skills Required:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You will also need to be able to demonstrate empathy and understanding when working with clients who may be experiencing challenging behaviors or emotions.
