Domestic Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Domestic Assistant to provide high-quality in-home care and support to our clients.

A typical day for this role may include:

  • Providing domestic assistance, including basic home cleaning and tidying
  • Assisting with shopping, appointments, meal preparation, and social activities
  • Offering respite care in accordance with client care plans
  • Enhancing community connection and wellbeing through engagement with clients

This is a part-time opportunity working Monday to Friday between 7am–7pm, with shorter shifts and paid travel time between customers in a localised area.

About the Role
  • Studying or completed a Certificate III in a health-related industry (e.g., Individual Support, Aged Care, Nursing) is highly regarded, though not mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop positive relationships
  • Ability to obtain the NDIS Worker Screening Check prior to commencement
  • Current First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain
  • Full comprehensive car insurance, or willingness to obtain
  • Smartphone and reliable vehicle
  • Current Driver's Licence
