Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Infrastructure Director to lead our regional project delivery team in the New England Region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of local council teams and professionals, as well as managing relationships with third-party project delivery providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement delivery frameworks and processes to ensure successful project execution
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects
  • Provide technical and governance advice to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Drive performance improvements and monitor construction performance to ensure efficient project delivery
Requirements
  • Proven experience in program and project management, with a strong background in construction and infrastructure delivery
  • Senior-level experience in leadership and management, with a track record of delivering complex projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and cooperative manner, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Strong knowledge of industry delivery approaches, including Design and Construct (D&C) and Early Contractor Involvement (ECI)
