We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Director to join our team at HiTech Group. As a Senior Project Director, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of land and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Guide the future direction of business operations, including service delivery, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Risk Management: Identify and analyze risks, develop associated risk management plans, and undertake regular risk reviews for all projects, in accordance with legislation and guidelines.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with SLA staff, consultant teams, and internal and external stakeholders to drive projects from inception to completion.
- Project Management Experience: Demonstrated strong experience in project management and high-level advice and support of complex land development projects.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of public service values, including ethical standards, probity, compliance, and a demonstrated self-awareness to ongoing integration of workplace respect, equity, and diversity work practices.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to apply strategic thinking on civil infrastructure projects.
- Communication Skills: Excellent liaison and communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to exercise sound judgment and solve problems.
