Role Overview

We're seeking a Project Director to oversee the end-to-end delivery of new build, refurbishment, and redevelopment projects across the Health sector. This role will require you to travel to regional locations in NSW on a weekly basis. As a Project Director, you'll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing scoping of works and managing the design, tender, and procurement process.
  • Engaging with contractors and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Managing construction/delivery phases and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Overseeing contract management, variations, and claims.
Candidate Profile

To be successful, you'll need demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director delivering end-to-end projects within a Consulting environment. You'll also need:

  • Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience with design and construction phases of projects from the High-Density Residential sector.
  • A willingness to work as part of the Project delivery team, to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
  • Qualifications in Project Management, Development Management, Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
