As a leader in the field of finance, we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and performing accounting, statutory and management reporting, as well as FP&A activities for our entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relative regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee and perform accounting, statutory and management reporting, FP&A activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with the Finance Director to refine financial operations, strengthen internal controls, uphold compliance, drive efficiency and alignment with corporate policies.
  • Contribute to financial strategy development, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis to support strong financial governance.
  • Analyse and project financial data, turning insights into actionable recommendations for operational and executive decision-making.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors to manage audits, ensure compliance with corporate tax, GST, payroll tax, statutory obligations.
  • Work closely with global finance teams to enhance transparency, streamline processes, strengthen cross-border collaboration.
  • Prepare, maintain transfer pricing documentation to support intra-group transactions in line with local legislation.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) designation or equivalent professional qualification essential.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience, including team management.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite ERP highly advantageous.
  • Experience in financial consolidation well regarded.
  • Exposure to FMCG sector, multinational environments preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, ability to cultivate sustain productive partnerships.
  • Skilled in prioritising delegating tasks to maximise efficiency effectiveness.
  • High standards of integrity, sound judgment, ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication skills, proficiency in English; Chinese language skills advantage.
