Finance Director

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Director to lead our financial operations.

Job Description

Our ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably with a property, hospitality or investment industry background. They will be responsible for:

  • Month-end close and management reporting
  • Monthly cash flow analysis and forecasting
  • Tax computation, analysis and forecasting
  • Capitalisation and transfer pricing matters
  • Annual audit process and project management delivery
  • Cash management, including capital expenditure and projects
  • Budgeting process leadership
  • Treasury matters, including bank financing and hedging transactions

The successful candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage staff at all levels and collaborate with team members outside of finance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications include:

  • 10+ years of experience in a senior financial managerial position
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to collaborate with team members outside of finance
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Professional accounting qualifications such as CA or CPA
