Our client is a highly regarded Chartered Accounting firm, renowned for providing expert business services and tax solutions to a diverse range of clients.
The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant / Assistant Manager to play a key role in delivering exceptional business services and tax advice. This position offers the opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities while continuing to develop and apply your technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a diverse portfolio of high net worth individuals, small to medium-sized enterprises, and family groups.
- Review and preparation of financial statements, BAS/IAS, FBT, and income tax returns for individuals, companies, partnerships, and trusts.
- Address matters related to Div7A.
- Offer a range of business and tax advisory services including tax planning, succession planning, and business restructuring.
- Manage and review the work of junior accountants.
- 4+ years' experience in an Australian accounting firm.
- CA/CPA qualified or studying.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Xero and MYOB.
This is a mid-senior level position offering full-time employment with a reputable accounting firm.
