Job Description:

As a visionary leader, the Assistant Dean of Faculty and Talent Management will cultivate an exceptional talent ecosystem that supports both faculty and staff. This role provides strategic direction for all talent management functions, encompassing comprehensive processes for recruitment, onboarding, professional development, career advancement, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership by formulating and implementing plans to meet the school's growth goals.
  • Ensure operational excellence by establishing clear policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Effectively collaborate with vendors and internal partners to meet school goals and achieve win-win arrangements.
  • Lead comprehensive faculty and staff talent management functions, encompassing workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Manage faculty governance processes, including committee oversight, faculty meetings, personnel reviews, and policy development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in business, HR, or a related field, plus 10 or more years of related experience. They will also have prior teaching experience in adult education and a deep understanding of talent management best practices.
