About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with hiring leaders to define specific roles, locations, and functional areas, making a sourcing plan for corporate, graduate, and volume hiring roles, working on external employer branding, vendor management, research, and analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: You will partner with hiring leaders to identify, source, and manage end-to-end hiring activities, including defining roles, technology, locations, and functional areas, scanning competitive activities in the region/hiring track, determining hiring potential from key universities within the region, and developing a staffing plan to meet requirements of units/regions.
  • Brand Representation: You will represent our brand in external forums (career fairs, pre-placement presentations, vendor conferences, etc.) and develop and implement round-the-year engagement initiatives with key stakeholders in the region (faculty, recruits, potential candidates, university management, etc.) leveraging alumni support, providing inputs to the branding team, and executing the branding strategy to position us as the Employer of Choice.
  • Sourcing: You will identify effective sourcing channels (advertisements, portals, referrals, etc.), post job openings on various job sites, and understand the best way to source for respective requirements, including proactive and headhunting sourcing.
  • Stakeholder Management: You will manage stakeholders, including internal hiring managers/teams, broader stakeholder groups, and external stakeholders.
  • Candidate Experience: You will deliver best-in-class candidate experience by leading senior-level hiring programs, positioning roles appropriately to candidates, developing niche hiring programs to attract talent from premier institutions/organizations, being integral part of negotiation process with candidates, resolving conflicts, managing candidate management initiatives pre- and post-hiring, interacting with recruits at universities post-hiring, and setting expectations.
  • Research, Analytics & Benchmarking: You will interact with customers (universities/peers group/applicants, etc.), analyze historical trends, lead benchmarking initiatives specific to units/tech/domain/hiring track, recommend best-in-class practices for talent acquisition, generate insights into competitor landscape, and determine focus areas to identify talent acquisition trends and gaps.
  • Vendor Partnerships: You will partner with vendors to leverage outsourcing opportunities, enable vendor scalability through capability building, monitor performance and process compliance of vendors to ensure achievement of recruitment objectives.
  • Process Compliance: You will ensure adherence to recruitment standards/process compliance.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment in an agency environment or internal, preferably within similar industry (Information Technology)
  • Strong experience with end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  • Recruitment experience in graduate hiring is preferred but if you bring experience across hiring in sales, corporate, and IT hiring we would like to hear from you
  • Strong sourcing strategy experience including proactive sourcing
  • Experience of working with different sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Experienced with stakeholder management and managing difficult conversations

This is a hybrid role with a balance of working from the office and work from home.
