Job Summary

The Job Coach plays a vital role in guiding clients towards job-readiness and enabling opportunities for sustainable employment.

  • Encouraging and motivating clients through various activities to find employment;
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities;
  • Marketing clients to employers;
  • Placing participants into sustainable employment leading to successful outcomes;

Requirements

To be successful as a Job Coach, you will need:

  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role, minimum one year experience;
  • Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
  • Happiness in liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Proven experience working with targets and KPIs, making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment;
  • A desire to be part of an organization believing in connecting people and business, so both can thrive;
  • A current Drivers Licence.
