About the Role

MSS Security Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled National Instructional Designer to join our team. As a key member of our learning and development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing non-accredited training programs that meet the needs of our national business and individual units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training programs that are engaging, interactive, and aligned with adult learning principles.
  • Work closely with state and national stakeholders to deliver training programs that meet identified needs.
  • Implement assessment tools and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Maintain awareness of industry best practices and recommend innovative solutions that contribute to learning and assessment.
Requirements
  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher-level qualification in adult education.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing training and assessment materials linked to specific units of competency and qualification.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail.
  • Well-versed in instructional design and development of high-quality training materials and resources.
  • Reliable time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects within tight timeframes.
  • Good working knowledge of the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) and Standards for Registered Training Organisations.
