About this Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an International Freight Forwarder as a Tender Coordinator, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, completing questionnaires accurately and promptly to ensure compliance, creating engaging presentations, designing and updating marketing materials, and maintaining the tender library. You will also work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to support their needs.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A relevant diploma or degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in Logistics, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tender Coordinator experience.
  • A complete understanding of company values.
  • Fluent English spoken and written.
  • Intermediate IT skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Honesty, integrity, and reliability.
  • Strong delegation and empowerment capabilities.
  • Proven decision-making abilities.
  • A willingness to learn supply chain business models.
  • An ability to represent the company at all levels and build strong relationships with clients and customers.
