Critical Environment Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our data centre critical environment team.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in equipment and systems operations, maintenance, and critical environment culture.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of technicians to ensure the smooth operation of datacentre facilities
- Coaching and mentoring team members on inspection and supervision issues
- Providing consultation to junior colleagues on troubleshooting systems and problems
- Ensuring compliance with safety and security requirements at all times
The successful candidate will be hands-on, with a strong understanding of how equipment works within their trained discipline(s) and how to troubleshoot independently.
They will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to model, coach, and care for their team.
