As a key business growth professional, you will develop and execute commercial strategies to drive profitable expansion in the eastern region of Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate strategic plans and sales campaigns to identify opportunities, create solutions, and present them to customers
  • Maintain a robust pipeline within existing customer bases and target new markets and clients
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and profitable growth through innovation and effective management
  • Lead and motivate sales teams to deliver exceptional account management and service excellence

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading diverse teams to commercial success in complex market situations, as well as excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and value proposition analysis expertise.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Science, who has at least 8 years of experience in selling and/or marketing complex solutions and/or technical sales in the water treatment industry. Experience working at industrial sites is highly desirable.
