Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Technical Support Specialist to join our Service Team in Queensland.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting preventative and reactive maintenance for Getinge equipment at customer sites, creating and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, and supporting other Getinge Field Service Engineers as necessary.
This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for:
- Supporting installations of Getinge capital equipment;
- Troubleshooting issues with equipment and ensuring it is returned to a fully functional level;
- Liaising with the Getinge Service Co-ordination team prior to attending customer sites;
- Completing service documentation using a mobile device;
- Regional travel required.
Key requirements include a Grade Electrical licence, mechanical aptitude, valid Driver's Licence, previous experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technician, ideally in the MedTech sector, and excellent interpersonal skills.
The salary range for this role is estimated to be between $80,000 to $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
