Job Description:

This role involves providing expert psychological services to individuals with neurodevelopmental and behavioural concerns, anxiety and depressive disorders, and trauma-based conditions.

The ideal candidate will possess general registration with AHPRA, a minimum of two years' post-registration experience, and strong clinical assessment and intervention skills. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective rapport-building with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Key responsibilities include delivering evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents or adults with neurodivergent conditions, managing a caseload of choice, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists and support staff.

About the Client:

  • Our client focuses on long-term solutions through proven therapy frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Behavioural Analysis and Mindfulness Interventions.
  • We work with toddlers, children, and adolescents presenting with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), learning difficulties, anxiety disorders, behavioural issues, and anger management.
