Lead Mental Health Nursing Expert

This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant to join our mental health team. The successful applicant will be working with a passionate team to deliver a comprehensive early intervention and treatment service for young people aged 14-24 navigating serious mental health challenges.
The Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) is an expert practitioner who, through leadership, facilitates evidence-based practice. They promote a service that fosters clinical excellence, research, and professional leadership. The CNC contributes to quality healthcare by collaborating with healthcare providers and consumer groups, developing clinical practice standards, and evaluating their outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert clinical advice in complex mental health cases
- Developing and implementing care management plans
- Contributing to strategic or operational planning of clinical services
