Mental Health Specialist

This is a fantastic opportunity to embark on a rewarding career as a specialist in adult mental health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma-based conditions.
We offer a comprehensive and evidence-based approach to therapy, incorporating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Behavioural Analysis, and Mindfulness Interventions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert therapy services for children, adolescents, or adults with neurodivergent conditions.
- Manage a caseload that suits your skills and interests.
- Collaborate closely with a supportive team of psychologists and administrative staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Participate in regular multidisciplinary discussions to enhance client outcomes and share best practices.
- AHPRA general registration.
- At least two years of post-registration experience.
- Demonstrated clinical assessment and intervention skills, with a focus on evidence-based treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
