Senior Manager Compliance

We are seeking a Compliance Officer to join our team, responsible for driving better compliance and regulatory outcomes across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and be able to provide expert advice on Open Banking and Consumer Data Right obligations.
- Advise on compliance with regulatory requirements related to Open Banking and Consumer Data Right.
- Collaborate with business units to ensure alignment with regulatory obligations.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement recommendations.
- Assess incidents against regulatory requirements and work in accordance with the Compliance Framework.
- Support engagement with regulators, including drafting correspondence and exemption requests.
- Review customer communications and internal collateral.
The successful candidate will have:
- Compliance advisory experience in financial services, preferably in commercial/business banking.
- Effective stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to apply complex legislative instruments.
- Tertiary qualifications in Law or a related legal discipline.
