We are seeking an experienced Senior HSEQ Manager to join our team in a permanent capacity.
About the Role:This is a critical position that requires an experienced HSEQ professional to manage audits, document control, and the Business Management System.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist various departments with Quality Management Plans for projects and tenders.
- Prepare monthly HSE reports and contribute to tenders/submissions.
- Ensure HSEQ compliance and alignment with industry best practices.
- Support external audits.
- Maintain ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO9001, and OFSC WHS accreditations.
- Manage the Business Management System and document control processes.
- Develop BMS targets and promote continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and conduct ISO/OFSC audits and implement corrective actions.
- Perform inspections and audits to ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within construction or engineering sectors.
- A Work Health and Safety qualification – Highly regarded.
- Ability to maintain ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO9001, and OFSC WHS accreditations.
- Lead Auditor training – Essential.
- Quality Management or Quality Assurance qualification – Desirable.
