**Description**:
The Opportunity
Liberty Industrial is seeking an energetic and passionate HSEQ Advisor (FIFO 2/1) from Perth to oversee health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) initiatives on major projects in WA.
As the HSEQ Advisor on-site, you will be developing and implementing safety and quality initiatives, ensuring a safe working environment, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of HSEQ policies and management systems.
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Support compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
- Work collaboratively with project managers, supervisors, and stakeholders to align HSEQ objectives.
- Provide guidance and support on all project-related HSEQ matters.
- Assist in the development of training programs to enhance workforce safety awareness and competency.

Your Background
- Minimum of 3 years of HSEQ experience in heavy industry environment.
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS) & White Card.
- Incident Management experience, ICAM qualification desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting and promoting HSEQ initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to conduct incident investigations and risk assessments.
- Understanding of HSEQ management systems and compliance frameworks.
