Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively pursue new appointments and foster relationships with businesses.
  • Contribute to proposal and project promotional material production.
  • Maintain and build client relationships.
  • Assist in ensuring client database information integrity.

Qualifications:

  • A commercial leasing background or ambitious residential agent with a proven track record in Sales or Leasing.
  • Strong client-orientated approach with multiple priorities management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and industry knowledge.
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills.
  • Proactive team player with high enthusiasm.
