Customer Experience Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and supportive experience for customers visiting our branch.

This is a part-time position with approximately 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8:45am to 4:30pm. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that meet their holistic banking requirements.

  • You will provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • You will assist customers with banking transactions, including cash deposits and withdrawals, and ensure accurate end-of-day balancing.
  • You will educate customers on digital platforms such as online banking and our mobile app, helping them to take control of their finances.
  • You will identify opportunities to improve customers' financial wellbeing through tailored solutions, working closely with colleagues to achieve this goal.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven customer service experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Numerical skills, including proficiency in handling cash and completing financial transactions accurately.
  • Energetic and passionate about helping others, with a strong ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies.
